About Us

Last updated 8 July 2026

Hope Health & Safety was founded on a simple but urgent belief: mental health is too often the first thing sacrificed in a fast-moving world - and it should be the opposite.

Where we started

We are a young company with an outsized mission. What started as a response to real, recurring feedback from occupational health clients - rising burnout, unexplained absences, quiet struggles inside otherwise successful teams - became a purpose-built digital self-assessment platform, grounded in established, clinically informed methodologies (PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5, COPSOQ III) and structured around 12 core areas of wellbeing, from stress and anxiety to sleep, resilience, and financial pressure.

Our approach is deliberately simple: honest answers, clear results, and a personalized, module-by-module action plan - no clinical jargon, no waiting rooms, no stigma. For the people who take it, it's a moment of honest self-reflection. For the organizations we work with, it's something rarer: a way to see mental health not as an abstract concern, but as a measurable, addressable business reality - including its real financial cost.

What we value

  • People over metrics. Every number we produce exists to help a real person or a real team, never to rank, surveil, or penalize.
  • Privacy as a baseline, not a feature. Built GDPR-compliant from day one, because the data we handle is deeply personal.
  • Progress over perfection. We built the service first - solid, tested, trusted - before layering in more advanced technology. Depth before breadth.
  • A paperless, sustainable process - because protecting people's wellbeing shouldn't cost the planet.
  • Giving back, unconditionally.

Our mission

We want to help people navigate an increasingly fast, demanding world by protecting what matters most - their mental health. And to help the organizations they work for see that protecting people and building a resilient business are not competing goals, but the same goal.

We believe this shouldn't be a one-time checkup. It should become a way of life.
